There's no fixed price, since it is always defined based on the requested features and mechanics, and also based on how complex would it be to recreate those, and how many time would it take.

TIPS FOR A FASTEST QUOTE

Try to explain EVERY feature and custom mechanic, not just the basics one or the server concept. Include details for every feature, for example amount of ranks. Details always help us to determinate exactly what you want and how that could be replicated to give you a quote for that setup/project.
