You need to verify your account as buyer before to ask for support.

Open a support ticket at our Discord Server
Go to the "Support" channel and just open a ticket. Easy as that!
NOTE:Tickets asking for help about something that it is already explained at the documentation, will not be answered. This is because we receive lot of messages daily, and we always try to answer quick in time, but sometimes questions are already explained at the product documentation. That's why to save time for the support team, we 've created this documentation site. Any question out of the documentation is always attended.
